P-PRO Processing Campaigns FAQs

FOR HOW LONG ARE THE RESULTS KEPT ON EARTHCONSOLE P-PRO AFTER THE PROCESSING?

Processing results elaborated through the EarthConsole® P-PRO service will be kept for a maximum of two weeks from the end date of the processing, in agreement with the user. After such period the processing results will be automatically deleted from the system and it will not be possible to recover unsaved data. We invite EarthConsole® users to download processing results from the system to their premises once the processing is completed.

HOW CAN I REQUEST A P-PRO PROCESSING CAMPAIGN?

Processing campaigns can be requested by filling and submitting the form on our WebApp: P-PRO –> REQUEST –> P-PRO PROCESSING CAMPAIGN.
