How to request credits for P-PRO on-demand

You can request credits for on-demand processing directly from the EarthConsole® WebApp.

Once you have registered and logged in, please follow these steps:

  • Click on the P-PRO button
  • Click on REQUEST on the left bar
  • Select P-PRO ON DEMAND
  • Fill out the P-PRO ON DEMAND Request form in all its parts and click on SUBMIT.

By default, users can request a standard 500 processing hours block. Such an amount of hours is assumed to cover almost all on-demand processing needs per user on a quarterly basis.

For special needs, you can exceed the standard 500-hour block and request up to 2200 processing hours. If this is your case, please make sure to provide adequate reasons why these processing hours are needed in the notes section of the form.

Note that EarthConsole® P-PRO ON DEMAND is available via the ESA EO Network of Resources Initiative.

Therefore in the service request form you are required to specify whether you want to request ESA sponsorship or not. Your selection will imply that you are choosing one of the following options:

Option 1 “Sponsorship Request via ESA NoR”
If you have a research, development or pre-commercial project, you may be eligible to submit a sponsoring request via the ESA NoR portal. If the sponsorship request will be approved, you will receive a voucher covering partially or totally the cost of P-PRO ON DEMAND.

In case you will select this option we will prepare the sponsorship form on your behalf and send it to you for your review and approval.

If you are not eligible to apply for a sponsorship via the NoR portal or in case of rejection, option n° 2 is always available.

Option 2 “Unsponsored Service Request”

Following the request of the P-PRO ON DEMAND service via the EarthConsole ® Webapp, we will send you a quotation of the service for your approval together with the instructions to proceed with the payment.
